  • Establish the color combinations of flowers, decorations, theme and design concepts.
  • Set-up and attend meetings with 2-3 florists with the bride and groom.
  • Referred florist by  She Said Yes Bridal  to provide a complimentary mock-up table centerpiece.
  • Includes chair rental reccommendation and placing orders for the client if applicable.
  • Optional upgrades and place orders for other rental items (linens, lighting, dance floor, lounge furniture, draping, etc.)
  • Offer the best suited vendor for the clients needs with style and budget (Photographer/Videographer, DJ's, Bands, Stationers, Linens, Lighting, Chairs, Rentals, Bakery, Transportation, Officiants, Hair and Make-up Artist, Tuxedos, etc)
  • Assist with wording and proofing of stationary for "Save the Date" cards and invitations.
  • Review and proof BEQ (Banquet Event Order) provided by the caterer
  • Review proposals and terms of Final Contracts with attended referral services provided.
  • Assist in selection of favors, when needed.
  • Attend menu selection with caterer manager and bride and groom.
  • Contact service providers for arrival time and communications with the venu's procedures for un-loading, set-up and tear-down.
  • Confirm all vendors and quantities and rental items.
  • Distribute client approval timeline to all vendors 1-week before wedding day!
  • Assist officiant and orchestrate ceremony rehearsal with bridal party and family.
  • Communicate with Musician's, DJ's on ceremony song selections and cueing the wedding party walk professional.
  • Manage banquet staff regarding set-ups and compliance with the floor plans.
  • Attend the sound track.
  • Direct ushers with seating and program distributions.
  • Assist with set-ups, seating cards, menu's, favors, sign-in book, gifts, etc.
  • Work with Band/DJ establishing timing for the grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, tossing of the bouquet and garter.
  • Onsite Coordination/Managment of entire Wedding Day!
  • Handle final payments to all vendors and their gratuities.
  • Every wedding encludes at least 1-Assistant, and additional assistants will be required for specific locations larger weddings/multiple locations.

This package is for couples that have flexibility in their schedules and are able to plan parts of their wedding, but still want or need assistance from a Coordinator.     We can customize your package by handling such details as assisting you with the design and decorations, offer vendor referrals, provide unlimited professional advice, and manage the step-by-step details of your Wedding Day!
